No, this isn't the same file as yesterday. But it is the same workout (done about 9 watts harder today). Yesterday was supposed to be on Tuesday, but the plan I'm on has 2-3 days off per week (same as the schedule I've always been on). So if I miss a day there's enough rest built in for me to reschedule a workout, depending on the intensity. Back to back LT work is OK (though in later weeks the back-to-back thing won't work as well).
