I sure hope my visit isn't very long. I meant to do a couple 15-minute LT efforts to warm up, then crank into some 1-minute intervals. But I haven't been on the bike since before the storm and after too many hours of shoveling and being a dad, I had to sit up. I'm totally letting Cliff get away with half-wheeling me, too.
Nice! 15 minutes on the indoor is by no other name, "MURDER" on the body and brain. The second rep saw the power stay and the HR rise. Do you chase the wattage number or pick a speed/cadence you know are at your LT number? Thanks for keeping an open site for others to see!

On the trainer I have gears that align pretty well with each type of effort, and I vary the cadence to fine tune it. So for this one I put it in my LT gear, which has me at about 280 watts at 95 rpms, but north of 300 watts when I'm above 100rpms. Today I didn't have it in me to dial it up. For me, it's easier to go harder by pedaling faster than it is to shift up a gear or two and bring the cadence down. Most of my trainer work is at or above 100rpms. Today's wasn't, which is a sign that I'm not feeling it.
Though the cadence didn't pick up in the file, which is weird. It was showing on the computer during the workout.
