Hey man...which trainer do you use?
I'm also using the iBike (Gen III) indoors and your runs are waaayyyy smoother than mine.

I just upgraded to a CycleOps Fluid 2 a few weeks ago. You can't always believe the Trainer Settings in the iBike, and need to play with the resistance coefficients a little bit. I like to clamp the rear tire down a little harder than CycleOps recommends so I can use a hardcase training tire without slipping, but that changes the resistance. So I had to tweak the resistance settings on the iBike a bit until I got it right. I actually wasn't sure I was on target until the CompuTrainer TT throwdown, but the power I recorded there validated my settings, and I know that the iBike is correct.
But that shouldn't have anything to do with smoothness. What do your files look like?

Ok...maybe the files aren't THAT bad looking:

I have last years Travel Trac Century V (Fluid)

I just realized that I had the wrong trainer profile selected, there's a profile difference between the Travel Trac Century and Travel Trac Century V
